Where are you located?
We are located in the Green Medical building at Newton-Wellesley Hospital, Suite 563. The Green building entrance is directly off of the main corridor of the hospital.

When do you see patients?
Patients are seen daily Monday through Friday by one of the hand surgeons and one of the physician assistants.

Do you accept charge cards?
Yes, we accept MasterCard, Visa, checks, and cash.

Why do I need to sign a waiver of referral form?
The waiver of referral form must be signed as it holds the patient liable should they forget to obtain a referral for any office visits.

I have a question about my bill.
For Billing Issues please phone on Tuesday or Thursday between 9:00am and 3:00pm.

I have questions about scheduling my surgery.
For surgical scheduling needs you may call Monday through Friday from 8:30m- 4:45pm..

What are your office hours?
Monday through Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm
Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

At times the hours will be flexible i.e. beginning earlier or working  later . If you feeling need the move your appointment up, please feel free to call the office and ask if there are any availability to reschedule your appointment. Additionally, as HandSurgery PC does not keep a cancellation list, please feel free to call as often as you like to see if there have been any cancelations if you need to move your appointment.  If you are in extreme pain, we will do our best to overbook you into the schedule to be seen.  You may have to wait a bit longer to see the doctor, but you will be seen.
